  Always have recommended Papa Johns vs Pizza Hut etc but after our experience, the tables have turned.
  
  Placed and order over the phone for delivery since we had a long day. After ordering, we were given an estimate time of 20 minutes. Taking into account the potential traffic, it should have taken 30 mins (40 at the most if there were serious traffic issues or the food was cooked wrong etc).
  
  40 minutes later, nothing so we called the store and was reported the driver left 10 minutes ago. Gave it another 10 mins, still nothing so we called back and the woman was still adamant he was on his way. 30 mins passed and he finally turned up, food insanely cold. We asked the driver how long ago he left and were told he left no more than 5 minutes ago.
  
  Annoyed with the situation, I also got in my car and drove to the store as we had refused a cold pizza that was late for no reason. The one female who must have answered the phone and was talking to use then refused to speak to me and I had to wait for someone to make a fresh order for me.
  
  Don't have a problem with things being late, just dont be stupid and lie to your customers.

  Worst service ever. Rude and deceiving. I find the Domino's Pizza Branch round the corner much more satisfying. Pizza is often rushed, undercooked or burned. I asked for NO MUSHROOMS, and they put EXTRA MUSHROOMS! Go to Domino's or Pizza Hut round the corner. Leave these guys.

  Rubbish got black listed for no reason and I'm a loyal customer orders twice a week at least and tip the drivers but go to order and no apparently I'm blacklisted for no apparent reason stick with pizza Hut then know a loyal customer
